Knights' Quest Terms & Conditions

Effective September 9, 2026

The following Terms & Conditions are provided by Fuller's Pub, the operator of the Knights' Quest program, and govern your participation in the program. Pint Track provides this tracking website only and is not a party to these terms.

Quest Rules

  1. Participants of the Quest must be 21 years of age or older with an acceptable form of ID. Acceptable forms of ID include: a valid U.S. photo driver's license, military ID card, valid passport, or a government-issued photo ID card.
  2. Participants will be limited to 2 Quest drinks per hour or based on the server's discretion.
  3. Participant's misuse of the Quest and/or BU Pub rules and regulations will result in the termination of their Quest. Restarting the quest will require permission from the BU Pub Manager.
  4. Participants may take as long as necessary to finish the Quest. However, the Quest cannot be completed in less than 12 weeks.
  5. Participants must drink responsibly. Chugging and other forms of rapid alcohol consumption will not be tolerated. Other drinks cannot be consumed in conjunction with Quest beers. At no time will alcohol be served to any person who is visibly intoxicated.
  6. The Pub staff reserves the right to refuse sale or limit the amount of alcohol sold to an individual.

Ceremony Rules

  1. A 24-hour notice must be given to the BU Pub manager to be knighted.
  2. Most ceremonies will take place on or near 10 pm on Thursday or Friday nights.
  3. No free or discounted drinks will be given as part of the Knighting ceremony.
  4. No free or discounted drinks will be given during the Knight's Quest.
  5. Appropriate wording and names must be used during Knighting ceremonies and on Knight's Mugs. Pub management reserves the right to edit or remove any name deemed inappropriate.
  6. If upon arrival, or at any point during the night you are deemed unsafe to served alcohol you will not be permitted to participate in the Knighting ceremony and will be allowed to reschedule only after a meeting with the BU Pub Manager.

Pint Track Terms of Use

  1. About Pint Track
    Pint Track is an independent tracking tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Fuller's Pub, Aramark, or Boston University. Pint Track provides software that helps participants record and view their progress in the Knights' Quest program. These Terms of Use govern your use of the Pint Track website only; your participation in the Knights' Quest program is governed by the Knights' Quest Terms & Conditions above.
  2. The Knights' Quest Program
    The Knights' Quest is operated solely by Fuller's Pub. All decisions about eligibility, drink credits, Quest progress, rewards, redemption, Knighting ceremonies, and termination from the program are made exclusively by Pub management under the Program Terms above. Questions or disputes about the program should be directed to the Pub. Pint Track does not sell, serve, or furnish alcohol, and does not award prizes, discounts, or recognition of any kind.
  3. Tracking Data
    Progress data shown on Pint Track is provided as a convenience. In the event of any discrepancy between Pint Track's records and the Pub's own records, the Pub's records control. Pint Track is not responsible for errors in data entered by Pub staff or participants.
  4. Eligibility and Accounts
    You must be 21 years of age or older to create an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain only one account, keep your login credentials confidential, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
  5. Acceptable Use
    You agree not to: (a) make false or fraudulent entries or tamper with tracking data; (b) access the site by automated means (such as scraping or bots); (c) use offensive, obscene, or inappropriate content in your profile, display name, or mug name; (d) interfere with the operation of the site or other users' accounts; or (e) use the site for any unlawful purpose.
  6. Intellectual Property
    The Pint Track website, software, and content (excluding the Program Terms, which belong to Fuller's Pub) are owned by Pint Track. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the site for its intended purpose. “Knights' Quest,” “Fuller's Pub,” and related names and marks are the property of their respective owners.
  7. Privacy
    Pint Track collects the information you provide at registration (such as your name and email address) and records of your Quest activity. This information may be shared with the Pub in connection with the program. Our collection, use, and sharing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use.
  8. Disclaimer of Warranties
    The Pint Track website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; that tracking data will be accurate or preserved; or that the Pub will honor any reward, credit, or recognition.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pint Track and its operator(s) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site or your participation in the Knights' Quest program. To the extent any liability is found notwithstanding the foregoing, our total aggregate liability will not exceed fifty dollars ($50).
  10. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pint Track and its operator(s) from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of the rights of any other person.
  11. Suspension and Termination
    We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, abuse of the site, or at the direction of Pub management, including where your participation in the Knights' Quest has been terminated under the Program Terms. You may stop using the site and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
  12. Changes to These Terms of Use
    We may update these Terms of Use by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
